SeedStar

Quick Start— automated feature that is enabled when the planter is lowered while stationary. The seed meters engage when planter wheel motion is detected. The drive motors operate based on a 1.6 km/h (1 mph) speed. The motors operate at the 1.6 km/h (1 mph) speed for 6 seconds or until the ground speed reaches 2.4 km/h (1.5 mph).

NOTE: Quick Start is not a shortcut key, but messages appear on the screen when Quick Start is activated. The Fast Start shortcut key becomes available in messages when Quick Start is activated.

Fast Start— reduces a skip when the planter starts from a stop. Fast Start immediately dispenses seed for up to 6 seconds after being activated. If no forward motion is detected after 6 seconds, Fast Start times out and all seed delivery stops.

Fast Start

Dual Target Population— allows you to toggle between two Target Populations without leaving the current page.

Dual Target Population

Multiple Target Population— allows you quick access to Target Populations selection overlay.

Multiple Target Population

NOTE: The target population key automatically changes. The dual target population key appears when only two populations are enabled.
