Frame Control

Frame Control allows you to access and control various hydraulic frame functions through different on-screen control modes.

NOTE: Some items below are only displayed if the implement is equipped with the associated option.

Items Accessible on Frame Control Page:

IMPORTANT: Avoid unexpected machine movement. Before switching between Transport mode and Plant mode, place the levers for the tractor selective control valves (SCV) in the neutral position.

Confirm Neutral Status

Select OK to confirm that you have the SCV in neutral or select Cancel to abort switching to the other mode.

Control Mode— allows you to choose the frame control for either the Transport mode or the Plant mode.

NOTE: Leave the frame control in Transport mode during transport. The Transport mode disables the individual row hydraulic downforce, reduces the downforce to a minimal setting, and avoids trouble codes during transport.

Easy Fold Transport Items

  • Transport— select to display the frame control options for folding and unfolding.

Transport

  • Plant— select to display the available frame control functions for planting.

Plant

Frame Controls— allows you to select the frame functions that correspond to either the Transport mode or the Plant mode. While in the Transport mode, select Easy Fold or Manual Fold.
