Implement Profile | Working Width

Working Width is the overall width of the implement and the style of row unit configuration on the implement.

Items Accessible within Working Width:

Row Layout— is how the row units are configured.

  • Single Row configurations plant with all the rows.

Single Row

  • Split-Row configurations can plant with all the rows (narrow spacing) or with every other row (wide spacing).

Split Row Width

NOTE: When the hitch is moved while switching between narrow and wide spacing on a split-row implement, do not change the Lateral Offset Dimension. The rows are recentered when the hitch is moved.

The split rows are typically further from the tractor than standard rows. Adjust the Work Point when switching between narrow and wide row spacing.

Number of Rows— shows the total number of rows on the implement. If the implement has a split-row layout, it also shows the number of rows used when Split Rows are Disabled (half the rows).

Number of Rows

Row Width— shows the row width between every row (total rows). If the implement has a split-row layout, it also shows the row width used when Split Rows are Disabled (half the rows).
