Client, Farm, and Field - Client, farm, and field are populated from current location settings, and can be edited prior to saving the new task. Select arrow to modify location in Work Setup application. |

Comment - Add a comment to the task (optional). |

NOTE: Assigned Operator is unable to be added for tasks created from the CommandCenter.
