The following icons are displayed to indicate AutoTrac Turn Automation status.
Along with the icon, the distance to the turn is also displayed. As the distance to the turn counts down, the turn information turns orange to indicate the approaching turn.
If the distance is unknown, "----" is displayed.

Available turn types are:
Select U-turn mode to enable U-shaped automated turns. |
|
Select figure eight mode to enable figure-eight-shaped automated turns. |
|
When figure eight turns are enabled, turns are generated without a headland boundary in some scenarios. For example, if a top and bottom offset headland is used, and the straight tracks are at an angle of 45° or less to the non-headland boundary, then the turn is generated without the headland boundary.
The machine automatically switches to a U-type turn if the guidance line is greater than a 45° angle to the headland. It switches back to a figure eight when the angle is 45° or less.
When a figure eight turn occurs at a headland boundary, the turn will be generated prior to the headland. The turn will not be generated between the headland and external boundaries even if there is sufficient space for the turn. Select U-turn if you do not want the turn to execute like this. |
|
The start and the end of the turn are referenced as default iTEC sequence points. iTEC sequences can be changed to maximize coverage on turns.
Select spiral out mode to harvests in a counter clockwise pattern through the field. At the end of each pass, the machine makes a left-hand turn. |
|
Select spiral in mode to harvests in a clockwise pattern through the field. At the end of each pass, the machine makes a right-hand turn. |
|
Select Advanced Settings to set the number of passes that the machine will make while either spiraling in or spiraling out.
