Edit Access Rights

Use Edit Access Rights to modify limited access group rights. The administrator profile must be the active profile to lock or unlock features for a limited access group.

NOTE: Under the application name, None Locked is displayed if no features are locked. If features are locked, the icon is locked and the features are listed under the application name.

Edit - Select an application, then select the Edit button to view or modify the access group settings.

Each application displays a list of features that can be locked or unlocked.

Unlock All - Select to unlock all features of the selected application.

Lock All - Select to lock all features of the selected application.

Lock / Unlock - Select the Lock / Unlock toggle to lock or unlock a feature in the selected application.

Access Rights Icons

Unlocked - The application is unlocked.

Selectively Unlocked - One or more features of the application are unlocked.

Locked - The application is locked.

Lock or Unlock a Feature

  1. Select Access Groups tab.

  2. Select Eye button for Limited Access.

    NOTE: Features are listed if they are locked.

  3. Select the Edit Group button.

  4. Select a feature from the list and select the Edit button.

  5. Toggle lock button to lock or unlock the feature. To save changes, close page in upper right corner.
