Over the Air tab

Over-the-Air (OTA) messages allow StarFire Receivers to receive licenses and activations through the StarFire network. Instead of getting an activation code over the phone or internet, StarFire satellites transmit the code wirelessly.

Go to StellarSupport.com and activate the receiver. Enter a request to either send the license immediately or after a certain time delay. Receiver must be powered up and tracking satellites to accept OTA activation. If activation is not successful, call the John Deere Global Support Center or your John Deere dealer to have activation re-generated.

Message History — Shows OTA messages that have been received since the receiver has been powered on. History shows if an OTA activation was applied successfully.
