Frame Control | Easy Fold | Height Settings

Easy Fold Height Settings allows you to set the correct position for the tractor hitch heights used during the fold and unfold procedure.

IMPORTANT: Avoid machine damage. Adjust your height settings before using Easy Fold for the first time and each time the implement is used on a different tractor.

Easy Fold Height Settings— allows you to set the correct position for the tractor hitch heights used during the fold and unfold procedure.

Status Indicators:

Current Hitch Position— indicates the tractor hitch height and moves along the slide bar as the hitch is raised and lowered.

Hitch Position

Set Point— Transport: indicates where the tractor hitch is positioned when the implement is in the folded position and ready for transport.

Transport Height

Set Point— Folding: indicates where the tractor hitch is positioned when the wings are near the implement hitch tube while folding and unfolding.

Folding Height

Set Point— Plant: indicates where the tractor hitch is positioned when the implement is in the plant position.

Stop Height

Maximum: 100% - Frame fully raised

Default: Transport Height 80%

Default: Folding Height 30%

Default: Plant Height 20%

Minimum: 0% - Frame fully lowered

Modify When:

Ground conditions alter the frame positions.
A different tractor is connected to the implement.
Adjustments are made to the implement frame.
You observe any misalignments while folding or operating.

Procedure to Modify:

Position the tractor hitch in each of these positions:

Transport position with the hitch level
Nearly folded position, so the wing components clear the hitch
Plant position with the hitch level

Select the Use Current button to establish each of the setpoints.

NOTE: The Use Current button is only active when the frame is in a proper position to accept a setpoint.
