Setup | Singulation Low

Singulation Low allows you to define an alarm at the percentage of seed singulation that you want to exceed. When seed singulation falls below this percentage, the alarm is triggered. Singulation is the placement of single seeds in the seed furrow.

NOTE: Perfect singulation is 100% or one seed at a time. Singulation varies with the seed meter setup and lubrication. (See detailed seed meter information in the implement Operator's Manual.)

Modify When:

• Nuisance alarms occur even though performance is within your expectations.

• Performance is outside of your expectations, but no alarm is given.

Procedure to Modify:

IMPORTANT: Avoid unsatisfactory results. Perform a field check to verify that the actual population matches your target. (See the field check procedure and implement adjustments in the implement Operator's Manual.)
