Measure In-line Offset

Measures in-line distance from the center of rotation to the center of GPS receiver.

Select Front if the center of rotation is in front of the GPS receiver. Select Behind if the center of rotation is behind the GPS receiver. Select On if the center of rotation is in the same location as the GPS receiver.

The center of rotation is determined by machine type. Refer to the examples to determine how to measure the in-line offset.

Single Steering Axle

Measure from the center of the GPS receiver to the center of the non-steering axle.

Two Steering Axles

Measure from the center of the GPS receiver to the midpoint between the two steering axles.

Articulated

Measure from the center of the GPS receiver to the articulation point.

Track

Measure from the center of the GPS receiver to the midpoint between the front and rear ends of the track.
